NYFW Inspired Fall '16 Streetstyle Collab: Going Out-Out

 Hey Squaddies,

Its Pooja here, I am delighted to introduce our second fall look in collaboration with Kim (Lepaperdoll) and Bianca (Lilmissbianca). Seeing as NYFW gave us major FOMO we created this streetstyle look to show what we would wear if we were there. This streetstyle look is centred around 'going out-out' pulling out all the stops, fixed up and looking sharp!

Kim and Bianca went for the season's most dressed-up trend: the 'layered look' which was worn by Kendall Jenner at the MTV music awards afterparty giving us major #squadgoals with Gigi Hadid. This look has been on the fall catwalks of Marc Jacobs, Chanel and Hermes to name a few, it is a chic way to wear your best eveningwear whilst looking stylish and effortless through layering. Kim and Bianca wore it with a choker to give it that overall 90's feel!

As for my look, it is a take on the fabulous 80's trend also seen on the runways this season from designers such as Saint Laurent and Monse, which featured micro mini skirts and one shoulder pieces in pop colours! As I am an 80's child I shall never say no to wearing a mini skirt with pointed stilettos and this bold red draped piece was designed by the amazing Olivier Rousteing for HMxBalmain last year. My OTS black top is by HM too and the mules are by Casadei.
